1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bomb Party Game ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bomb Party Game (BOMB / Бомба), developed by Andrei Lashkevich in Poland, is a party game in which players name answers that fit a topic and pass the phone before the hidden timer runs out. The player holding the phone at the explosion receives a challenge. The App includes free and premium features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App and make any purchases.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
Not reverse engineer or decompile the App
Not use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. Premium Purchase

5.1 PRO Access and Payment

The paywall and the store's confirmation screen show the available product, price, and billing period before you buy
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
A product marked as a lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew
If a subscription is offered, it renews according to the terms shown by the store unless you cancel it through your Apple or Google account; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription
Premium access unlocks all current premium features, including premium categories, Adult Mode, custom content, and removal of ads

5.2 Restore and Account Access

Use Restore purchase in the App while signed in to the store account used for the original purchase
Purchase verification and restore behavior are handled by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies
We do not directly process payment card details or platform refunds

6. Intellectual Property

The App's content, graphics, icons, and software belong to the developer or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Custom Topics and Punishments

You retain ownership of custom content you create within the App
You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your custom content within the App on your device
You are solely responsible for any custom content you create

7.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to create content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Contains personal information of others without consent

8. Adult Content

The App includes an Adult Mode feature that contains mature content. By activating Adult Mode, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You accept responsibility for viewing adult content
Such content is legal in your jurisdiction

Adult topics and adult challenges are disabled by default and can be enabled separately. All challenges are optional. Skip any challenge that is uncomfortable, unsafe, or inappropriate for the group. Calls and other activities involving people outside the game must respect their consent and privacy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of the App or infringement of another person's rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and publish the revised version on this page with a new update date. Any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.
